Klamath Falls man charged with multiple sex crimes

KLAMATH FALLS, OR (KPTV) -

A Klamath Falls man is charged with multiple sex crimes after a two-week investigation by Oregon State Police led to an arrest.

Juan Diaz faces three charges of rape, sodomy and unlawful penetration.

Investigators say Diaz knew the victim of the crimes.

Oregon State Police says the victim is an underage girl. She told troopers that the sex abuse occurred more than a year ago.

Diaz, 32, was lodged in the Klamath County Jail where his bail is set at $900,000.
