PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Ten people were arrested during protests in inner southeast Portland on Monday night.

The march came after an Occupy Oakland general assembly declared a "call for action against police brutality and arrests."
Portland's rally and march kicked off at 6 p.m. at Colonel Summers Park, located at Southeast Belmont Street and 20th Avenue.
The demonstration lasted several hours and, at times, grew tense.
Several cases of vandalism were reported; police say a couple of car windshields were shattered, as well as a restaurant's window on Southeast Belmont Street.
Demonstrators told FOX 12 they were disappointed with the vandalism, and said a small group of individuals caused the problems.
"It's always been peaceful on our end," said demonstrator Maggie DeBusk. "What it turned into was a group of individuals who decided they wanted to act autonomously. Throwing things is not the actions Occupy wants to portray."
Police say they did not arrest the suspected vandals. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to email CrimeTips@PortlandOregon.gov
"The actions of tonight have been grievous and pointless," said demonstrator Zane Greening.
Flyers distributed around town described it as "a rally and march in solidarity with Occupy Oakland and against corruption." The flyer also mentions the Portland Police Bureau's use of force as well, authorities say.
Police initially said they were concerned about the demonstration because it appeared the tone coming from protesters was "decidedly more hostile and escalating."
Occupy Portland did not organize or endorse the event, according to demonstrators.
In addition to eight adults, two minors were arrested during the protests. On Tuesday, officers released the names and charges of the
arrested adults:
- Justin Pellingra, 29, disorderly conduct in the second degree, interfering with a police officer and resist arrest
