Developmentally-disabled Portland woman returns home

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland police say a developmentally-disabled woman who walked away from her caregiver has returned home.

Officers notified the public about 19-year-old Page Ann Neely-Wilkerson's disappearance on Monday night.

She disappeared Monday afternoon. That's when police got reports that Wilkerson left the Midland Branch Library on SE 122nd Avenue without telling anyone.

By Tuesday morning, she had returned home, police say.
