PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A reward for information that leads to the arrest of a bank robber has increased to $6,000.
Portland police say several law enforcement agencies are looking for a man who robbed the Home Federal Credit Union in Eugene on Dec. 15 and a Chase Bank branch in Clackamas on Jan. 26.
The man uses a violent, takeover-style method and had more than one gun during one robbery, police say. After each holdup, the man flees on a bicycle and then leaves it a few blocks away for a getaway car, according to officers.
The man is described as white, 5'8" to 6' tall with a medium to heavy build. He was seen wearing blue coverall-type pants, a blue coat, black mask and black gloves.
