PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Police are looking for three men accused of attacking and robbing a man riding the MAX light rail in Portland.
The victim tells police he was on the MAX before 6 a.m. Wednesday near the Rose Quarter, when three men knocked him down, assaulted him, and took items out of his backpack.
The man called for help after the MAX arrived at the transit station near Portland State University on SW Fifth Avenue. Fortunately, he did not need any medical attention.
All three suspects are described as African-American men.
The first was in his mid-20s, with some facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue "FUBU" style ski jacket, dark blue pants with white tribal embroidery and a dark blue beanie.
The second suspect is described as being in his 30s, with a dark colored baseball hat, a white sweater and dark jeans.
So far, police have not made any arrests.
