Hillsboro police are investigating a robbery at U.S. Bank inside an Albertson's grocery store.
Officers say a man walked into the store on North Baseline Street just after 10 a.m. Wednesday. They say he handed a note to a teller that read, "Give me all your money and no one will get hurt."
Police say the teller gave the man some cash which he put into a plastic bag before running off. It is believed that a getaway car may have been waiting for the man. Officers are now looking into whether a gray or black, newer 4-door sedan in the area was the getaway car, even though they say no one saw the man inside the car.
No one was hurt during the robbery and police say no one saw a weapon.
The man is described as being in his 30s, about 6' tall, with a thin build. He wore a tan baseball cap, bright red pants and a black or gray jacket. Police plan to analyze the bank's surveillance video.
