14-year-old faces felony hit-and-run charges

GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on felony hit-and-run charges after a serious crash on Highway 26 near Gresham.

Gresham police helped state troopers find and arrest the Sam Barlow High School student.

His name has not been released.

Investigators say the teen stole a van and crashed it into a median and another car.

The other driver was rushed to OHSU in critical condition.
