PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Two men are facing a slew of charges after the Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of counterfeit $100 bills being passed at Spirit Mountain Casino.
Investigators say Terry Conner and Eric Willem passed $1,700 worth of counterfeit $100 bills at the casino Tuesday.
Deputies say they also had 11 more $100 bills on them and 19 others were found in their car and where they were staying.
After making the arrest, the Polk County Sheriff's office says a joint investigation with the U.S. Secret Service Portland Resident Office turned up seven counterfeit $100 bills at a home in Albany.
Investigators say they also discovered other evidence related to the manufacturing of counterfeit money at the home.
Both Conner and Willem face several charges of forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
They were lodged at the Polk County Jail.
