SEATTLE (KPTV) -
Police are investigating the death of a man who plummeted to his death on Interstate 5 in Seattle.
Washington State Patrol says Timothy Wettack of Mercer Island hit a barrier with his motorcycle while traveling on an off-ramp.
Investigators say Wettack flew over the side of the wall and fell 100 feet onto the freeway below, but his bike stayed on the ramp.
Wettack was alive when rescue crews reached him, but he later died at Harborview Medical Center.
Police suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash.
