Police looking for driver after I-205 off ramp hit-and-run

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police are investigating a hit-and-run off Interstate 205 in Southeast Portland.

Witnesses say the driver of an SUV came barreling down the I-205 off ramp Tuesday night, slammed into a stopped car and went up an embankment.

The driver of the car that was hit tells Fox 12 that the experience was "surreal."

One person was taken to the hospital, but their condition is still unknown.

Witnesses say the two men ran from the SUV after the crash. Police are still looking for those two suspects.
