If you thought the Olympic games were all about sports, you'd be only half right. Fashion is also a big component of the world's biggest sports competition.
And when the opening ceremonies begin in London this summer, one Oregon company will be proudly on display for the world to see.

Nike says it is ready for the games with some new designs and styles geared toward winning the gold.
The Beaverton area company says it's new "Flynit Shoes" are the lightest running shoes they've ever made.
They've also created some lightweight clothing for the athletes to wear for gear and uniforms.
And the all that spells good news for consumers who want the best and latest. Because Nike says they will also manufacture its new consumer line using these state of the art materials.
The new products should hit store shelves just in time for the London games.
