COTTAGE GROVE, OR (KPTV) -
Two men from Missouri are facing charges after Oregon State Police say a traffic stop near Cottage Grove led to the seizure of almost $40,000 worth of drugs.
Frank Konsewicz and Keith Carpentier were arrested after troopers say they discovered more than 15 pounds of marijuana and 6 ounces of hashish in their car.
Both men were lodged in the Lane County Jail on charges of unlawful possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
Oregon State Police say a follow-up investigation led to a search warrant being served in Humboldt County, CA, where one person was arrested and additional seizures of marijuana occurred.
