VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -
Lots of people turned out to show their support Sunday for a cancer patient with steep medical bills.
Ryan Woods, 29, learned two weeks ago that a tumor in his spine had returned.
Woods' son is a first-grader at Hough Elementary School in Vancouver. Dozens of students and parents gathered at Vancouver Pizza Company to eat pizza and frozen yogurt, and to play games.
In addition to donations, all of the profits made at the pizza shop and the yogurt shop were donated for the cause.
