PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A two-alarm fire at the Trails End Apartments on Southeast Powell Boulevard displaced several people Monday morning.
The fire temporarily shut down Powell Boulevard between 115th and 122nd avenues while crews battled the blaze. Flames burned out the back of the building on the second floor and lapped up, re-entering the building on the third floor.
Firefighters brought the fire under control at 10:30 a.m., but fire crews remained in the area afterward to extinguish hot spots.
There were no reports of injuries.
