The victims, 57-year-old Carter Hickman and 43-year-old Albert Dean, survived and have since been release from the hospital.

Police describe the shooter as a white man who wore dark clothing. He was in a black or dark-blue, newer-style Volvo station wagon with a large dog in the back of the car.
Detectives want to hear from anyone who might have information about the shooting, or who may have seen the car involved before or after the incident.
