That's where officers received a report that a 60-year-old woman had been shot at around 2:20 a.m.
Police said there was another gunshot victim who walked to a nearby hospital.
Investigators learned people from two cars were shooting at each other on Broadway.
A man who works at the bar said the first victim was sitting outside having a cigarette when she became caught in the crossfire.
"She went inside and she was holding her lower back and she sat down and she looked at her hand. It was all bloody," said Thomas Lynch, who works at the 715 Inn. "She was completely innocent. She was someone's grandma, someone's mother, it shouldn't have happened to her."
Both victims are expected to survive the shooting.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police bureau.
