PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A man investigators consider an expert at creating fake identities is back in jail.
Nicholas Ali-Abadi did not show up for his first arraignment, so police feared he may have assumed another identity and taken off.
Ali-Abadi was arrested again and arraigned on on nearly 200 counts of ID theft and forgery. Court documents show he ran a nationwide scheme selling nearly picture-perfect drivers licenses.
His bail is set at $1 million.
