PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Portland police have made an arrest in a February shooting that left two men seriously hurt.
Detectives with the Gang Enforcement Team took Shawn Lewis Richey, 22, into custody on Tuesday.
He's accused of opening fire in the parking lot of the New Copper Penny Restaurant & Nightclub on SE Foster Road.
The victims, 24-year-old DeAndre Harris and 28-year-old Thomas Elijah, are both still in the hospital recovering from their injuries.
Richey has been charged with attempted aggravated murder and assault in connection with the shooting.
He's being held at the Multnomah County Detention Center on $500,000 bail.
