SALEM, OR (KPTV) -
Marion County deputies responded to a call of a gunshot wound Sunday night in the 4200 block of 45th Avenue Northeast in Salem.
When they arrived, they arrested Jeremiah Lee Garris for allegedly shooting a family member.
So far, there has been no word on the condition of that family member.
Garris was arraigned Monday on several charges, including felony assault, menacing and reckless endangerment.
His bail is set at $67,500.
