75-year-old man found safe in Vancouver

VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

The Clark County Sheriff's Office says a missing elderly man has been found safe.

Frederick Luepke, 75, left his house in west Vancouver at around 9 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities believe Luepke was driving a gray 1998 Ford Ranger pickup truck licensed to Washington with the plate B02413B.

His family and friends had not heard from him over the cours eof several hours, but deputies said they were able to safely return Luepke to his family Wednesday morning.
