PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
The man who admitted to trying to attack a woman on the Portland State University campus learned his sentence today.
Robert Foster will spend 30 months in prison.
He pleaded guilty to attempted sex abuse last month. As part of the plea deal, the district attorney dropped charges of burglary, rape and indecency against him.
Investigators said Foster followed the victim into a campus restroom last December, where he exposed himself and touched her inappropriately.
