PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Portland police are asking for the public's help in searching for a cognitively challenged woman who went missing.
Rachelle Laws, 22, did not return to her care home Tuesday night after missing her bus on the way home from work. The last time her care providers heard from her, she was at the Gateway Transit Center in Northeast Portland.
She is described as having shoulder-length blonde hair worn in a ponytail and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black, wool letterman-style jacket, jeans and gray tennis shoes.
Anyone who has seen Rachelle or knows where she is now is asked to call 911.
