VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -
Vancouver police are continuing their investigation into a deadly hit-and-run.
Maria De Los Carrasco Angulo was hit and killed on May 3 near Fourth Plain Boulevard and Neals Lane.
Police arrested the driver, James Collins.
A judge arraigned Collins on vehicular homicide and felony hit-and-run charges on May 11.
Investigators said Angulo was in a crosswalk when she was killed.
Authorities obtained video images and know three people had contact with Collins before or just after the crash that killed Angulo and would like to speak with them.
