2 groups of hikers get lost in Marion County - KPTV - FOX 12

The Marion County Sheriff's Search and Rescue team are working to locate a group of missing hikers near Detroit Lake.
Officials say the group is made of up two men and one woman and they had some water and limited provisions for a day hike.
The sheriff's office says the group called from a cell phone, but their battery was weak and they were unable to give police a good location.
Search and rescue crews were having a difficult time trying to pinpoint the group's location.
A second group of hikers was also lost for part of the evening near the same area.
Search and rescue crews located that group just before 10 p.m.
