A man in a wheelchair was hit by a car as he tried to cross 82nd Avenue in Portland Wednesday night.
The man was intoxicated and crossing against the traffic light, according to investigators.
It happened on the north side of Glisan Street just after 9 p.m.
He has not yet been identified, police said, due to his level of intoxication. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
The driver, Promise Shelby, 20, immediately stopped and cooperated with the investigation. She did not have a driver's license and will be given a citation by police.
Officers will follow up with the hospital on the man's condition and may issue additional tickets in this case.
Traffic was blocked in the area after the crash, but was back open within about an hour Wednesday night.
