Tigard Festival of Balloons

TIGARD, OR (KPTV) -

Tigard's Festival of Balloons kicked off Friday at Cook Park.

The 28th anniversary of the festival features 20 hot-air balloons participating in morning balloon launches Friday through Sunday, weather permitting.

There are also Friday and Saturday evening balloon night glows.
