SALEM, OR (KPTV) -
A Salem man faces a number of charges after police say he was dealing drugs around his young daughter.
Officers arrested Daryl Hernandez on Saturday morning. They say he was squatting inside a unit at the Spring Creek Apartments on 25th Street with his 8-year-old.
Investigators say they found drugs and evidence that Hernandez was dealing.
He went to jail and his daughter was placed in protective custody.
Hernandez now faces a long list of charges, including: unlawful delivery of marijuana near a school, child endangerment and trespass.
