ELMIRA, OR (KPTV) -

The victims of a small plane crash in Lane County have been identified.

Jerome D'Auzon, Robyn Weir, Christopher Kent and Erin Noble were killed when the plane went down Saturday afternoon.

It happened in Elmira, about 30 minutes west of Eugene.

Everyone on board died in the crash.

Investigators said all four were part of the Oregon Country Fair, an annual summer festival held outside of Eugene.

Ed Daniels lives near the site of the crash and called 911.

He told Fox 12 he knew something was wrong after hearing the plane take off from an airfield just minutes away from his home.

Daniels said, "Just about the time it appeared to cross Suttle Road, the engine just stopped, and I turned my head and about two seconds later you heard the thud of the plane going down."

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash.
