Road rally racer stopped for speeding twice

GRANT COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -

Cars racing to a road rally caught the eye of Oregon State Police Tuesday.

Troopers stopped at least four drivers for speeding through Grant County and even pulled over one driver twice.

Wahe Yeterian, 55, was behind the wheel of a red Porsche when troopers said they spotted him going 90 mph in a 55 mph zone. During the traffic stop, they learned Yeterian was cited earlier in the day for going 117 mph near John Day.
