HILLSBORO, OR (KPTV) -
A cyclist is in critical condition after being hit by a truck in Hillsboro Thursday night.
It happened just after 5 p.m. at Southwest Dennis Avenue and Oak Street.
The pickup turned left onto Oak, according to police, and hit the woman on the bike.
She was in the crosswalk at the time.
Police said the woman hit her head on the pavement and was taken to Emanuel Hospital on Life Flight.
The 44-year-old woman has not been identified.
The driver stayed at the scene and has not been charged with a crime.
Drugs, alcohol and distracted driving were not factors in the crash, according to investigators.
