SALEM, OR (KPTV) -
Marion County Deputies said three people were hurt when two cars and a bus crashed at the intersection of Silverton Road NE and Lancaster Drive NE in Salem early Tuesday morning.
Those injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The injuries were sustained by the occupants of the cars. No one on the bus was hurt.
Deputies said the transit bus ended up straddling a sign post on the northwest corner of the intersection at the entrance to the Union 76 gas station. There was no actual involvement of the gas station or its fuel tanks.
The roadway was partially closed for about 90 minutes while the crashed was being cleared.
