PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A TriMet bus and an SUV collided at a northeast Portland intersection Wednesday morning.
One woman was hospitalized after the crash at Multnomah and Martin Luther King Jr. boulevards.
Portland fire officials said the woman had two children in her SUV at the time of the wreck. Both airbags deployed, and fire crews had to cut open the front of the car to reach the people inside.
Firefighters said the young children weren't injured because they were in properly installed car seats.
No one on the bus suffered significant injuries, but one woman's bike was left mangled by the crash because it was placed on the rack at the front of the TriMet bus.
It wasn't immediately clear which driver was at fault in the crash.
