Naked man subdued by police heads to jail

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man accused of wrestling with and biting police officers while they shocked his naked body with a Taser has been released from the hospital.

Portland police said Charles Freeman was taken to Multnomah County Detention Center.

He's being held on $87,000 bail.

Freeman is facing multiple charges including escape, disorderly conduct, trespassing and public indecency.
