U.S. Marshals arrested a man accused of a deadly shooting that happened in Gresham.
David Marshall is accused of killing James Frazier on July 5 at an apartment on Northeast Oregon Street.
Frazier, of Las Vegas, NV, was in Gresham visiting his girlfriend, with whom he shared children.
Investigators said Marshall sometimes stayed at the apartment where Frazier's girlfriend lives.
Police think Marshall entered the apartment and shot Frazier several times.
The girlfriend is not a suspect.
Investigators are not releasing the reason for the shooting.
No word on when Marshall will be extradited back to Oregon for trial.
