VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -
A fatal crash involving a motorcyclist shut down traffic at a major intersection Monday afternoon.
Officers arrived on the scene at 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of SE Mill Plain and SE 136th Avenue. There they found the driver of a motorcycle dead after a collision with an SUV.
Police have now identified the motorcyclist as 23-year-old Jason Moe.
The driver of the SUV was transported to an area hospital for evaluation. Her identity and condition have not been released.
The intersection was shut down for several hours after the accident while police investigated.
