Grill Hot Dogs to desired doneness. Saute onions on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt till translucent (approximately 15-20 minutes). Saute pancetta on medium heat for 10 minutes or until crispy. Place hot dogs in bun. Drizzle with Hak's BBQ sauce. Then top with caramelized onion and pancetta bits.

Grill hot dogs to desired doneness. Pit cherries and quarter. Toast hazelnuts at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. In a bowl combine cherries, hazelnuts and chili flakes. Season to taste. Place turkey dogs in buns and top with the cherry chutney.
