Man sentenced for accidentally killing brother

THE DALLES, OR (KPTV) -

Daniel Perez-Hammond will serve three years in prison in a shooting incident that killed his brother.

Perez-Hammond accidentally shot his brother in The Dalles in February. Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide. A charge of pointing a firearm at another was dismissed. He will receive credit for time already served.
