Man accused in two bank robberies now behind bars

VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

The man accused of robbing two banks, then leading police on a chase across two states, is now behind bars in Vancouver.

Following the robberies, investigators said Brent Woodall tried to carjack several drivers.

He pleaded guilty to robbery in Multnomah County last week and will be arraigned on new charges in Clark County on Wednesday.

As part of the plea deal in Oregon, a judge sentenced Woodall to two years of probation.

He will face seven felony charges in Washington.
