
Oregon State Police said 29-year-old Randy Monson and his four minor passengers all received minor injuries when the car Monson was driving drifted off the roadway into a ditch.
The crash happened Tuesday morning on Highway 34 about two miles east of Corvallis.
The vehicle traveled about a hundred feet in a ditch before hitting a culvert pipe, going over a driveway and rolling more than once. The vehicle came to rest on its top off the highway
Monson and four boys, ages 7 to 14, were transported by ambulances to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis for treatment.
Upon Monson's release from the hospital, he was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He was also cited for driving while suspended and careless driving.
