Body found in the bushes near home in NE Portland - KPTV - FOX 12

A man's body was found in the bushes behind a home in northeast Portland Tuesday night.
Police were called to the scene in the 4600 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue at around 5:30 p.m.
People in the area found the body after searching for the source of a foul smell in their yard.
Homicide detectives, criminalists from the forensic evidence division and the medical examiner's office conducted a preliminary death investigation at the scene.
They said there were no signs of foul play, but there were signs of possible drug activity near the body.
At this point, investigators are unable to determine the man's identity.
