Police recover three stolen guns and cocaine

Portland Police Bureau Gun Task Force members along with the Gang Enforcement Team recovered three handguns and a small amount of crack cocaine from two apartments Monday.

It happened on the 4100 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue.

A semi-automatic 9mm, .357 revolver and a fully automatic .40-caliber handgun were recovered. All three guns had previously been stolen.

Officers arrested 20-year-old Anthony Joseph Carrillo Jr. and 24-year-old Frankie George Williams. Both are Norteno Hispanic gang associates.

Carrillo Jr. was charged with theft in the first degree and discharging a firearm in the city.

Williams was charged with two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of unlawful possession of a machine gun. His arrest will be given to the U.S. Attorney's Office for consideration of Federal firearms charges.

Both were booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
