Portland Trail Blazers guard Nolan Smith is out of the hospital after suffering a concussion, but he is unlikely to play in any more summer league games.
Smith took an elbow to the head from Houston Rockets guard Zoran Dragic during Tuesday night's game against Houston in Las Vegas. Smith was down for several minutes and had to be carried off on a stretcher. The remainder of the game was canceled.
The Blazers later tweeted that Smith suffered a concussion, but never lost consciousness. The team said a CT scan came back normal, and Smith had full range of motion.
Smith was released from the hospital, but the Blazers said he was "doubtful" for the remainder of the NBA summer league.
