MILWAUKIE, OR (KPTV) -
A trailer fire nearly spread to a home in Milwaukie on Monday morning.
It happened just after 8:15 a.m. on Southeast 22nd and Park Avenue.
Firefighters said the trailer was parked in a driveway, and it was a fully involved fire by the time they arrived.
The fire was impinging on the nearby home.
Crews quickly got the fire out and saved the house.
The homeowner was the first to call 911. Three people were inside the home and they all got out safely.
One cat was taken the vet with burns.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause. The fire did around $10,000 in damage, according to firefighters at the scene.
