PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A predatory sex offender is wanted for violating his parole.

Multnomah County has issued a fugitive alert for Tamo Robinson.

He was convicted in 1995 for rape and burglary. He broke into a northeast Portland home a year earlier in an attempt to rob drug dealers.

Investigators said a woman and her daughter were held captive and terrorized at the home.

Robinson was convicted of sexually assaulting the woman.

He was released on parole in 2003.

In January 2012, he was arrested again for violating his parole. He was also charged for drug possession.

He was released on March 8 and refused his parole officer's efforts to get him treatment.

He has repeatedly failed to report to his parole officer, according to investigators, and he failed to notify authorities about his change of his address.

Robinson is 5'9" tall and 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm that say "E/S KBC 4700" and "KB Crip."

The 35-year-old also goes by the names Tamo Robertson, Michael Curry and Tomo Toma.

If you know where he is, call police immediately.
