Summer Festival and Gem Fair

HILLSBORO, OR (KPTV) -

Are you ready to rock?

A weekend event dedicated to rocks, minerals and the world of geology is being held at the Rice Museum in Hillsboro.

The 2012 Summer Festival and Gem Fair is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The museum is located at 26385 NW Groveland Drive in Hillsboro.
