Man on motorcycle killed in Fred Meyer parking lot crash

CORNELIUS, OR (KPTV) -

A man on a motorcycle was killed after a crash on an access road into the Fred Meyer parking lot in Cornelius.

It happened at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at the store at 2200 Baseline St.

Cornelius police said the driver of the motorcycle collided with a car.

The driver of the car remained at the scene.

LifeFlight was called in and landed, but the motorcycle driver had already died.

His name has not been released, but police said it is a man from Cornelius born in 1972.
