Missing Salem woman found safe in another state

SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

A missing Salem woman has been found unharmed.

The family of Kate Andres notified the Marion County Sheriff's Office that they learned where she was Friday night.

Deputies made personal contact with her and determined she is safe and in good condition.

Andres is currently staying with family in another state, according to deputies.

Investigators previously said she told her family she was going to the bank, but never returned.

The 36-year-old was last seen dropping her kids off at her sister-in-law's house in Tualatin on Wednesday.

The sheriff's office has closed its investigation.
