PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Two crashes slowed traffic down on Portland-area highways Monday afternoon.
Firefighters were called out to Interstate 205 near Killingsworth in the southbound lanes at 3:10 p.m.
It was a three-car crash and two people were trapped in one of the cars. A third victim also required medical attention in another car.
All three were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are not yet known.
That crash happened just 14 minutes after another one on Interstate 5. A semi overturned in the southbound lanes at Columbia just before 3 p.m.
No word on any injuries in that case.
