What may be the work of some very ambitious burglars has left a local nonprofit short by 29 bikes.
Vancouver police were called Thursday afternoon to the home of Bike Clark County, a non-profit organization dedicated to bicycle education and advocacy. Inside a building there, several bikes are stored for use while teaching bike safety. Staff discovered 29 of those bikes missing.
The bikes are MTX brand and described as being mostly silver in color.
Anyone who has seen the stolen bike or has information on the burglary is encouraged to call Vancouver police at (360) 487-7490.
