Dump truck driver dies in Clark County crash

CLARK COUNTY, WA (KPTV) -

One man is dead after a dump truck crash Wednesday afternoon.

Clark County Sheriff's Office says 70-year-old Jerrold Hughart, of Kelso, was driving the full-size dump truck full of gravel on NE 262 Avenue and failed to negotiate the corner at Bradford Road.

Hughart was killed on impact.

The Clark County Sheriff's Officer Traffic Team is investigating.
